船舶人员职务
1．船长——是全船的最高负责人，船长作为船上的一种特殊职务，不但具有驾驶和管理船舶的职权。在一定程度上，还具有司法、公证、代理等多种权利和义务。
2．政委——从事于船舶党务工作兼船舶事务长责任，负责船员生活、伙食管理等责任。
3．轮机长——俗称老轨，船舶机舱轮机员。负责船舶动力的机舱最高负责人，负责整个轮机部工作。是船舶主、副机设备的正常运转的负责人。具有轮机专业知识，保证船舶机械设备正常工作的技术人员。
4．大副——是船舶驾驶员，仅次于船长的职务。除了04：00－08：00航行值班外，当船长因特殊原因不能履行职务时，可临时替代船长执行指挥、管理船舶的权利。正常情况下，他是甲板部的部门长，管理二副、三副、水手长、木匠和水手等组成的甲板部（有些船舶公司把大厨和服务员也列入甲板部）。履行船舶甲板部的管理和负责船舶货物的装载、稳性计算，维修保养船舶的责任。
（以上四人是船舶主要领导和技术干部）
5．二副——是船舶驾驶员，仅次于大副。除了12：00－16：00航行值班外，具有负责航线设计，驾驶台导航仪器维护的责任。
6．三副——是船舶驾驶员，次于二副。除了08：00－12：00航行值班外，还负责船舶消防、救生设备的维护、保养工作。
7．水手长——具有丰富海上经验并水手技术的“班长”，他主要负责船舶维修保养、货物绑扎检查的职能，并安排日常水手们的工作。
8．木匠——次于水手长职务。他主要负责船舶所有舱室水密性能，压载水舱的测量，所有船舶木工工艺，在船舶需要抛锚时，操作锚机、绞缆机等工作。
9．一等水手——俗称为舵工。是船舶航行时操舵的人员，平时由水手长负责分配工作。必须具备船舶维修保养的技能，上高作业，舷外作业的技能。船舶配备5名一等水手。
10．二等水手——由水手长安排工作的普通水手，须具备船舶维修保养的技能，上高作业，舷外作业的技能。目前基本上不配备了或者由甲板部实习生担任。
11．大管轮——俗称二轨，是专门负责主机运转和维修保养的负责人，仅次于轮机长。
12．二管轮——俗称三轨，是负责副机运转和维修保养的负责人，次于大管轮。
13．三管轮——俗称四轨，是负责船舶管系及泵浦的负责人，次于二管轮。
14．机工长——负责机舱维修保养的普通船员的“班长”，主要维持机舱清洁工作，并协助轮机员工作。
15．机工——在机工长率领下从事机舱清洁工作和协助轮机员工作。船舶配备2名机工。
16．大厨——负责船舶日常饮食的人员，配置船员每天伙食供应，提供航次伙食数量、质量和合理的营养并保管所有船舶伙食的储藏，具有二级厨师证书。
17．服务员——负责全船生活区卫生，并协助大厨厨房工作。从事开饭、洗碗等清洁工作。
